Global Export Availability:

Lukasz Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is proud to offer our custom-manufactured innerwear and clothing items to a global market. We accept and fulfill bulk orders to various international destinations, subject to our export terms and conditions.

Minimum Order Quantity:

Our export services are available for bulk orders with a minimum quantity of 1000 product items. This helps us ensure that we can provide the best value and maintain our high standards of production and delivery.

Agreement and Paperwork:

Before any export activities begin, it is mandatory for clients to complete and sign a purchasing agreement. This agreement will detail all terms of the export, including but not limited to product specifications, pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other relevant export compliance regulations.

Verification:

All client information and agreements must be verified and approved by Lukasz Fashion Pvt. Ltd.

We reserve the right to conduct due diligence on all international clients to comply with global trade regulations.

Production Enrollment:

Upon successful verification and approval of the purchasing agreement, we will schedule the items for production.

Our commitment to quality means that production will adhere to the agreed specifications and timelines.

Shipment:

After production, the goods will be prepared for shipment.

The client is responsible for all shipping costs, including freight, insurance, customs duties, and other applicable fees unless otherwise stated in the purchasing agreement.

Customs, Duties, and Regulations:

The client is responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

The recipient must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Payment:

Payment terms will be as per the purchasing agreement. We typically require a deposit to commence production, with the balance payable prior to shipment.

Cancellation of Export Orders:

Cancellations of export orders are only accepted prior to the start of production and may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the purchasing agreement.

Returns and Refunds for Export Orders:

Given the nature of international shipping and customs clearance, all export sales are considered final.

Returns or refunds for export orders are not provided once the items have entered production.
