For bulk orders, cancellation is permitted until the sample item has been approved. Once approval is received, the order is considered confirmed, and the cancellation window is closed.
Cancellation After Confirmation:
After an order reaches the “Confirmed Booking” status or once a bulk order sample has been approved, we are unable to accept cancellations. At this stage, our team has begun the process of allocating resources and preparing your order for dispatch.
How to Cancel Your Order:

Bulk Order Cancellations:

Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
For any order canceled within the permissible period, a full refund will be processed. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
